Emily, Gareth and I braved the midges in Glen Nevis for their intorduction to rock climbing day. We climbed Pinncale Ridge (S), the first pitch of 3 Pines (VDiff) -abseiling off, Styx Buttress Right Wall (VDiff) with another abseil and Resurrection (VS) looking at placing and removing gear, belay building and plate orientation and all the other skills to turn them into competent seconds. The Glen was busy and the odd heavy shower dried off of the rock almost instantly. Today I was working for The Ice Factor.
